We have selected different spots in the municipality with a special charm, away from noise and surrounded by nature, with spectacular views. Unique locations where integral yoga sessions will take place-classes suitable for everyone, where you will awaken your body and energy as the sun धीरे rises after dawn. The session will begin with a short walk from the meeting point to the selected location; during the class, you will practice asana, pranayama, relaxation, and a short meditation... No prior yoga experience is required.
