We have selected different corners of the municipality with a special charm, away from noise and surrounded by nature, with spectacular views. Unique places where integral yoga will be practiced-classes suitable for everyone, focused on awakening the body and energy as the sun slowly rises after dawn. The session will begin with a short walk from the meeting point to the selected location; during the class, asana, pranayama, relaxation, and a short meditation will be practiced...
